I passi, in breve
- La recensione. Sulla scheda Google della tua attività arriva una recensione nuova.
- Il controllo. Ogni 6 ore l'automazione cerca le recensioni nuove.
- L'AI legge. L'AI indica se la recensione è positiva o negativa, se va letta con attenzione e perché, e propone una risposta nella lingua della recensione.
- L'email. Ti arriva un'email «Recensioni Google: nuova recensione con risposta proposta». Copi la risposta e la pubblichi tu dalla tua scheda. L'automazione non pubblica nulla.
Cosa non fa
- Non pubblica risposte.
- Non cancella né nasconde recensioni.
- Non chiede recensioni ai clienti.
- Salta le recensioni a cui hai già risposto.
Dati e privacy
Stelle, nome pubblico dell'autore e testo della recensione vengono letti dall'AI (OpenAI, Stati Uniti) e restano nel tuo foglio e nella tua Gmail. Leggi l'informativa

The steps, in short
- The review. A new review arrives on your business's Google profile.
- The check. Every 6 hours the automation looks for new reviews.
- The AI reads. The AI says whether the review is positive or negative, whether it needs careful reading and why, and suggests a reply in the language of the review.
- The email. You get an email, "Google reviews: new review with suggested reply". You copy the reply and publish it yourself from your profile. The automation publishes nothing.
What it does not do
- It does not publish replies.
- It does not delete or hide reviews.
- It does not ask customers for reviews.
- It skips reviews you have already replied to.
Data and privacy
The stars, the author's public name and the text of the review are read by AI (OpenAI, United States) and stay in your sheet and your Gmail. Read the privacy notice

When it goes on sale: about 120 Make credits a month just for the checks every 6 hours, plus about 5 per review.
