| Giorno | Ora | Pers. | Nome | Stato | Controllo |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| oggi | 13:00 | 2 | Anna R. | da confermare | per oggi: chiamare subito |
| 21/11/2026 | 13:00 | 24 | Paolo T. | da confermare | gruppo numeroso: chiamare |
| 02/10/2026 | 21:00 | 2 | Sara L. | da confermare | data già passata |
| 14/11/2026 | 20:30 | 4 | Marco B. | da confermare |
I passi, in breve
Niente in automatico. La conferma solo se la mandi tu.
Cosa ricevi tu

Leggi l'informativa

Booking requests
Booking requests from your website all land in the same sheet, checked and marked "to confirm". You get an email for each one and, if the customer left an email, a confirmation draft to send only if you have room.
Who it is for: Restaurants, hair and beauty salons, small practices that today receive bookings through scattered messages.
| Day | Time | Ppl | Name | Status | Check |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| today | 13:00 | 2 | Anna R. | to confirm | today: call now |
| 21/11/2026 | 13:00 | 24 | Paolo T. | to confirm | large group: call |
| 02/10/2026 | 21:00 | 2 | Sara L. | to confirm | date already passed |
| 14/11/2026 | 20:30 | 4 | Marco B. | to confirm |
The steps, in short
- The form. The customer fills in the "Book a table" form on your website: day, time, party size, name, phone, email (optional) and notes.
- The check. The automation checks that the data is in the right format and that the request is not a duplicate.
- The sheet. The request appears at the bottom of the sheet marked "to confirm". Requests to look at straight away are labelled: "today: call now", "large group: call" (over 20 people), "date already passed".
- The alert. You get an email, "Bookings: new request to confirm", with all the details.
- The draft. If the customer left an email, you find a confirmation draft in your Gmail. You send it only if you have room.
What your customer gets
Nothing automatically. A confirmation only if you send it.
What you get
- A sheet with all the requests and their status.
- An email for every new request, including those with oddly written data (they go to the "REVISIONE" (review) tab and still reach you) and even if the sheet for some reason does not accept the row. Duplicate requests do not reach you twice.
- A confirmation draft only if the customer left a valid email and the date has not already passed.
What it does not do
- It does not know whether you have room: it does not read a calendar. You confirm.
- It does not use AI.
- It does not send reminders or ask for deposits.
- The date check is on the format: a "31 February" gets through.
- Party size from 1 to 99; the phone number is required.
- The draft does not include the name of your business: we add it to the text at installation, or you add it yourself.

Estimate as of 26/10/2026, subject to change. Make: free up to about 200–250 requests a month if it is your only automation; beyond that, about $9–11 a month. No OpenAI cost. Google: free.
Make's 1,000 free credits a month are per account: with two automations they are shared between them. Spam or repeated messages use credits too.
What you need
A Google account with Gmail, a Make account and a compatible form that sends the date in year-month-day format (the one used by standard date fields).
It connects to your website form: before the quote we check that your form is compatible.
Data and privacy
No AI. Names, phone numbers, emails and notes go through Make and stay in your sheet and your Gmail. If customers write allergies in the notes, that is health data: your form's privacy notice must say so. Read the privacy notice
