I passi, in breve
Voto fino a 2, oppure commento giudicato negativo dall'AI.

Customer feedback
Your customers leave a rating and a comment through a QR code. If a customer is unhappy, you get an email straight away with a reply already written for you to check.
Who it is for: Bars, restaurants, hair salons, shops: to know who is unhappy before they say so in public.
| Rating | Sentiment | Comment | Summary | Suggested reply |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | Neutral | Good, a bit of a queue | Good service, short wait | Thank you for your feedback… |
| 5 | Positive | All perfect | Satisfied | Thank you, see you soon! |
| 5 | Positive | Great coffee and very friendly staff | Likes the coffee and the staff | Thank you so much, see you soon! |

Thank you for writing to us and we apologise for the wait… Please get in touch so we can talk about it.
The steps, in short
- The QR code. A card on the table invites customers to leave a rating. The phone opens the form: a rating from 1 to 5 and a comment; name and email are optional.
- Happy customer. A 5 rating and a positive comment. The AI labels it "Positive": a green row appears at the bottom of the sheet, with a summary and a suggested reply. No alert.
- Unhappy customer. A 2 rating and a negative comment. The AI labels it "Negative": a red row appears in the sheet.
- The alert. You get an email straight away, "Customer feedback: a customer is not satisfied", with the comment and the suggested reply.
- The draft. If the customer left a valid email, you find a draft reply addressed to them in your Gmail. You read it, change it if you like and send it yourself.
What your customer gets
The thank-you page of the form. If it invites people to leave a Google review, the invitation must be the same for everyone, with no gifts in return and no pressure from staff (these are Google's rules). A reply only if you send it.
What you get
A sheet with rating, sentiment (positive, neutral or negative, colour-coded), name and email if given, comment, summary and suggested reply. For unhappy customers: an email straight away and a draft in your Gmail.
When the alert is sent
A rating of 2 or less, or a comment the AI judges negative. The AI can get it wrong: that is why the reply is always a draft.
What it does not do
- It sends nothing to the customer on its own.
- It does not ask for reviews.
- It does not promise refunds or discounts in the drafts: the AI is instructed not to.
- Comments over 2,000 characters are not sent to the AI: they go to the "REVISIONE" (review) tab of the sheet and you get an alert.
- Invalid form data (for example a rating out of range) goes to the "REVISIONE" tab, without an alert.
